1.Nutrient content and food uses

100-gram serving of chia seeds is a rich source (20% or more of the Daily Value, DV) of thiamine and niacin (54% and 59%, respectively), and a moderate source of riboflavin and folate (14% and 12% DV, respectively). The same amount of chia seeds contains high amounts (48–130% DV) of the dietary minerals calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus and zinc.

• Heat 1 cup (236.6 ml) almond oil and 2 cups (473.2 ml) of avocado oil in a saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat and place 2 teabags in the mix.
• Pour several essential oils such as lavender, chamomile and geranium in a glass bottle. Add the almond mixture and avocado oil (no tea bags) in the bottle. Colócale a plug or cap to the bottle.

• Pour the entire bottle in your hair in a sink or bathtub. Massage the shampoo into the hair and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Rinse the shampoo with cold water. Avocado oil is a nutritional compound that maintains healthy hair and makes it look great.

Facial mask

• Mash 1 avocado to make a paste. Put the dough in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon (14.8 ml) of avocado oil.
• Wash your face to remove all dirt and grease from your skin. Apply the avocado mask with a spatula. Avoid the eyes, nose and mouth.
• Sit back and relax for 10 to 15 minutes while avocado oil penetrates into the deep layers of the skin.
• Soak a clean towel and wring hot water. Place the towel over your face and press down hard to take away avocado face. Rinse your face if necessary.
